Overview

The
Strand is the perfect luxury property for guests who want to be a little more
social on their holiday. This stunning home, located in the very heart of
Salcombe and only 15 meters from the water’s edge, sleeps up to 8 in its 4
upscale bedrooms. It overlooks Normandy pontoon, a buzzing hive of activity and
culture, while still providing all of the tranquility and privacy you require.
The Strand features an impressive rooftop terrace built especially for gatherings
with comfortable and stylish sitting areas with room for up to 12, high-end
landscaping, and a gas BBQ for meals prepared while overlooking the estuary and
its sandy beaches. Even better? The terrace offers bi-folding doors that can be
opened to connect the terrace to the interior of the home, creating one
expansive magical space on a warm summer’s day.
Even
with its central location, The Strand is a quiet property, built with your
comfort in mind. That’s why all windows
are double-glazed and each bedroom offers its own special air conditioning
unit. The Strand has undergone a recent refurbishing, including the renovation
of all of the property’s bathrooms, to live up to the standards of Salcombe
Finest.

From
the ground floor entrance, come up the stairs to the first level where you will
find the kitchen, dining and sitting room plus downstairs bathroom. Huge
windows line the dining and sitting rooms providing views of the terrace and
the waters beyond.
Upstairs
you will find the bedrooms, many with unique skylights allowing the sun to
stream in during the day and offering a dreamy perspective of the starry sky
above at night. The master bedroom has a super king bed, a sunny balcony
overlooking the estuary and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 hosts a king size bed
with en suite and views over the water. Bedroom 3 is a standard double, and
bedroom 4 can be made up as a twin or the two beds pushed together to make a
super king. There is a family bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4.
Salcombe
is a highly renowned coastal town on the south coast of Devon in an Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty. This quintessentially British seaside resort has an
abundance of style and charm, combining picturesque old fisherman's’ cottages and quays
with well-known nautical retailers and high-end restaurants. It is a cosy but
bustling town, where luxury properties climb the steep hillsides and waterside
homes are the ultimate in desirability. It has a character all of its own,
steeped in a long history of leisure sailing, seafaring and fishing.
Upon
arrival at your Salcombe Finest property, you will be greeted with a glass of
champagne on the balcony by your personal concierge, who will remain
on hand to help with anything you need whilst you are in Salcombe, ensuring
that you experience the highest levels of comfort and relaxation during your
holiday stay.

Some of the bedrooms have specially crafted
ceiling architecture, so please ask to see floor plans for available head room
in each of the spaces.

First of all replica watches, it can be expensive - anywhere from the cost of a decent dinner and drinks for two in Manhattan, to something approaching the christian louboutin sale price of a fairly decent car, depending on the www.tree-of-souls.com/members/samwilson.html, the maker of the swiss replica watches, who's doing the watchmaking, and how much needs to be done to get the watch working again. Secondly, it takes a while. We all know that as a general rule, good breitling watches work and fast work don't go hand in hand, but it can come as a nasty shock to hear that it is going to be several weeks to several months, to (in extreme cases, where a very complicated and vintage breitling replica watches are going under the knife) a year or more.
